Job Description

  • Lead and manage a cross-functional technology organization including Infrastructure, SRE, Data Engineering, Network/Security, and Application teams (40-50 members)
  • Define and optimize hybrid cloud strategy (primarily GCP with AWS exposure), ensuring cost efficiency, scalability, and performance
  • Oversee IDC operations, global network architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks to maintain high system availability
  • Ensure reliability of large-scale user systems including authentication, payment integration, and high-concurrency event handling
  • Drive data platform stability, including ETL pipelines and data infrastructure to support analytics and AI initiatives
  • Partner closely with business units (product, marketing, operations) to align technical priorities with commercial needs
  • Lead resource allocation, project prioritization, and technology investment planning, reporting directly to senior leadership on risks and performance

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in IT / technology, with at least 5 years managing mid-to-large scale teams (40+ members preferred)
  • Strong background in infrastructure, platform operations, or site reliability engineering (SRE) within high-availability environments
  • Hands-on understanding of cloud platforms (GCP and/or AWS) and hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premise / IDC)
  • Experience managing high-traffic systems with strict uptime requirements (e.g., e-commerce, fintech, telecom, or digital platforms)
  • Solid knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, and data infrastructure principles
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives
