Job Description

  • Lead Taiwan's IT and digital strategy, roadmap, and project portfolio.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, and service delivery.
  • Manage IT demand, governance, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across local, regional, and global teams.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing local IT organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in IT leadership, infrastructure, or digital transformation roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networks, security, and applications.
  • Experience managing IT projects, budgets, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and operate within a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication skills with business-level English proficiency.
  • Experience in multinational environments is highly preferred.
