Job Description

  • Lead the company's Taiwan IPO readiness and overall capital market strategy, including governance, compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting preparation
  • Build and scale the finance organization, establishing financial processes, reporting structures, and operational controls from the ground up
  • Partner closely with the CEO, Board, and PE stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, business performance, and long-term growth planning
  • Manage relationships with external advisors including auditors, legal counsels, underwriters, and regulatory authorities throughout the IPO journey
  • Lead investor relations activities and support communications with international investors and institutional stakeholders
  • Drive fundraising initiatives, financial modelling, capital planning, and strategic finance projects to support future expansion
  • Support M&A evaluations, strategic partnerships, and international business development initiatives
  • Establish strong governance and risk management frameworks aligned with public market and international reporting expectations
  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team capable of supporting a fast-scaling and evolving organization

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading or playing a key role in a Taiwan IPO or pre-IPO transformation environment
  • Strong finance leadership background within biotech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred
  • Hands-on experience engaging with Boards, PE stakeholders, and international investors, including institutional investor exposure
  • Demonstrated capability in building finance infrastructure, governance frameworks, and reporting processes within fast-growing organizations
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, internal controls, capital market regulations, and corporate governance requirements
  • Strategic and commercially minded finance leader with the ability to operate beyond traditional accounting responsibilities
  • Comfortable working in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving business environments with high ambiguity and ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English required
  • Prior experience within startup, scale-up, or high-growth transformation environments is highly advantageous
