Our client is a global leader in automation and intralogistics solutions, supporting complex warehouse and fulfillment systems across multiple regions. They are currently expanding operations in Taiwan with new site deployments and system rollouts.

Job Description

  • Troubleshoot system-level issues across automation platforms (ASRS, conveyors, sortation systems)
  • Investigate incidents using logs, SQL queries, and system data
  • Support commissioning and go-live phases of new system deployments
  • Work on-site to diagnose and resolve system faults in real time
  • Collaborate with overseas engineering teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain system performance, reporting, and documentation
  • Build relationships with internal teams and customers

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years experience in automation, equipment, or system-related roles
  • Experience working with in-house systems (not commercial IT software)
  • Familiar with SQL, log analysis, or system troubleshooting
  • Exposure to PLC / SCADA is a plus (not required)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on experience
  • Able to work on-site and support field-based operations
  • Basic English for reading documentation and communication
