The position combines NPI, manufacturing engineering, quality, process validation, and supplier management while collaborating closely with global engineering and program teams.

Job Description

  • Act as the key interface between headquarters engineering teams and manufacturing partners to manage engineering changes and new product introductions.
  • Lead deployment of new production lines, manufacturing equipment, tooling upgrades, and process validation activities.
  • Drive process optimisation through root cause analysis, error-proofing, capacity planning, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with product and process quality control plans while maintaining manufacturing documentation and operational standards.
  • Manage local equipment suppliers and support manufacturing partners across Taiwan and other Asian locations to achieve production ramp targets.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, operations management, NPI, and production ramp within high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, process validation, and statistical manufacturing methodologies.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers, ERP/MES systems, and manufacturing capital equipment projects.
  • Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven decision making.
