As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product reliability throughout the development lifecycle, from testing strategy design to supplier quality control. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to resolve quality issues and continuously improve product performance.

Job Description

  • Support new product development by validating performance under worst-case customer usage scenarios
  • Develop and oversee reliability testing plans with suppliers and external laboratories
  • Review test results, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate third-party testing resources and manage supplier quality performance
  • Drive continuous improvement by addressing market complaints and ensuring corrective actions are effective



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, or industrial preferred)
  • Over 10 years of experience in hardware or software quality assurance/testing
  • Strong knowledge of hardware testing, reliability plans, and test environment setup
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and collaborate across multiple levels
