This role combines business strategy, product portfolio management, monetisation, and leadership of senior product business leaders.

Job Description

  • Define long-term business goals, user growth targets, and revenue plans across multiple products.
  • Drive cross-product synergies, customer lifecycle initiatives, and monetisation opportunities.
  • Manage resource prioritisation across product, engineering, design, and growth functions to maximise business impact.
  • Evaluate new investment opportunities, validate growth hypotheses, and optimise capital allocation decisions.
  • Lead initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, subscription growth, and customer engagement.
  • Establish data-driven operating frameworks using funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experimentation, and performance tracking.
  • Build, coach, and develop a team of product and business leaders while maintaining a high-performance culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in 2C internet, digital products, e-commerce, marketplaces, subscription businesses, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of owning business outcomes, including user growth, revenue performance, and commercial success.
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing managers or senior business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of monetisation models such as subscriptions, in-app purchases, digital services, or transaction-based platforms.
  • Skilled in growth strategy, customer lifecycle management, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to make investment and resource allocation decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong commercial judgement, leadership capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.
