We are seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, drive business performance, and lead strategic transformation initiatives at a major production site. This role combines full operational accountability with leadership of continuous improvement, talent development, and cross-functional business execution.

Job Description

  • Lead overall plant operations and execute business strategies to achieve financial and operational objectives.
  • Drive manufacturing efficiency, productivity improvement, quality excellence, and on-time customer delivery.
  • Oversee supply chain, logistics, maintenance, engineering, continuous improvement, and operational performance initiatives.
  • Develop organizational capabilities through talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and plant transformation.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience leading manufacturing operations and plant management functions.
  • Strong business acumen with proven experience driving profitability, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in product development, R&D, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors will be advantageous.
