This role will oversee project management operations, drive process improvements, and ensure successful collaboration across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams.

The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in New Taipei.

Job Description

  • Lead and develop a Project Management team of 10-20 professionals.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and project milestones.
  • Establish SOPs, onboarding programs, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Coach team members through performance management, mentoring, and career development planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Material Program Management, Supply Chain, NPI, or Operations.
  • At least 2-3 years of people management experience leading small to mid-sized teams.
  • Strong knowledge of BOM management, ECO processes, material planning, scheduling, product development, and factory operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
