Job Description

  • Analyze data to generate business insights.
  • Build and deploy machine learning models for customer behavior, sales, and campaign optimization.
  • Perform A/B testing, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
  • Data Collection / Create data pipeline
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics.
  • Experience with predictive model (must), propensity model, LLM model, Ads distribution model.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills. (must)
  • Knowledge of statistics, regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and business analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
