Job Description

  • Lead customer evaluations, testing and application development
  • Develop process recipes and technical recommendations
  • Troubleshoot customer application challenges
  • Support product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Collaborate with sales teams on new business opportunities
  • Deliver technical training to customers and distributors

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of semiconductor industry experience
  • Background in semiconductor packaging or wafer-level packaging
  • Knowledge of fluid dispensing processes is highly preferred
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working directly with customers
