We are seeking experienced Sr. Facilities Engineers to support and enhance critical facility infrastructure within a highly advanced technology and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for the design, operation, maintenance, optimization, and expansion of facility systems including mechanical, electrical, gas, chemical, water, and utility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

Job Description

As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, design, operation, and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure systems. Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities may include either:

  • HVAC and chilled water system
  • Electrical power distribution systems
  • Industrial gas and chemical delivery systems
  • Process exhaust, wastewater, and utility systems

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facility engineering, utility systems, or infrastructure operations within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, high-tech, or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of one or more of the following disciplines:
    • Mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, chilled water, process exhaust)
    • Electrical systems (HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, power systems)
    • Gas, chemical, wastewater, and utility infrastructure systems
  • Experience in system design, construction support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational support.
  • Familiarity with engineering standards and regulatory requirements such as ASHRAE, IEC, ASME, NFPA, ISO, and local compliance regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
