Job Description

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners and direct accounts
  • Lead distributor management, including performance tracking, capability development, and engagement programs
  • Expand industrial vertical business (with strong focus on semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors)
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and act as brand ambassador in Taiwan
  • Collaborate with APJ, marketing, and internal teams to execute local go-to-market strategies
  • Drive accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting via CRM (SFDC)
  • Deliver market intelligence and competitive analysis to support business decision-making
  • Support partners with training, product positioning, and sales enablement
  • Ensure channel compliance and alignment with corporate policies



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Science, Engineering, or Business related)
  • 7+ commercial/sales with distributor and key account management
  • 3+ team management
  • Strong exposure to industrial clients; semiconductor area is highly preferred
  • Solid in analytical instruments / laboratory / life sciences related industries
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability
  • Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and execution capability
