Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for a key semiconductor customer.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams to deepen customer engagement and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Identify customer needs, develop commercial strategies, and drive solution-based selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from proposal development through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Partner with global business lines to uncover new opportunities and expand the advanced materials portfolio.
  • Own revenue targets, account strategy, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and service continuity in a manufacturing environment.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the semiconductor industry, including 5+ years in key account management.
  • Background with electronic materials suppliers and hands-on experience managing major semiconductor customers (experience with global key accounts is essential, such as TSMC or Micron).
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and product applications.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organisational levels.
  • Fluent in Mandarin with strong English communication skills.
