Job Description



Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, and implement local go-to-market product marketing strategies aligned with global direction
  • Define and communicate product value propositions and positioning
  • Drive key business metrics including demand orders, margin growth, pricing, NPS, inventory turnover, and delivery performance
  • Evaluate market opportunities and align local strategies with overall business direction
  • Coordinate opportunities across divisions and business units
  • Ensure balanced growth across product lines and business units
  • Generate product demand through technical promotion, solution selling, and value-based selling approaches



Scope

  • Business: Distribution Solutions (Taiwan)
  • Key stakeholders: Factory and customers
  • Work model: Hybrid

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Product marketing or similar roles
  • Technical background (preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Master's degree is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
