Job Description

  • Lead the transformation and integration of Product Management teams across different business units.
  • Build and scale a high-performing Product organization, including team structure, operating model, and governance.
  • Define product strategy, portfolio priorities, and roadmap planning processes.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Executive Leadership to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Establish best practices, product frameworks, KPIs, and ways of working to improve execution and product outcomes.
  • Coach and develop Product Managers while fostering a strong product culture across the organization.
  • Drive organizational change and influence stakeholders at all levels to successfully implement transformation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience leading Product organizations or large-scale Product transformation initiatives.
  • Strong track record of building and leading high-performing Product teams.
  • Experience working in large-scale digital platforms, e-commerce, internet, fintech, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
