This role leads global supplier and manufacturing quality for advanced semiconductor and board-level products, partnering with fabs, OSATs and PCB/PCBA suppliers worldwide. It combines deep hands-on quality engineering leadership with advanced data analytics to predict risks, improve yield and scale quality with AI infrastructure growth.

Job Description

  • Own and lead global supplier quality strategy across fabs, OSATs, substrates, PCB/PCBA and component suppliers.
  • Build supplier selection, onboarding, audit and performance management systems with clear KPIs and governance.
  • Drive advanced quality analytics using manufacturing, test and failure analysis data to predict risks and issues.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with R&D, NPI and Operations to embed supplier quality into design and execution.
  • Lead supplier audits, excursions, CAPA and continuous improvement using structured quality methodologies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified engineer with 8+ years in supplier quality within semiconductors or electronics manufacturing.
  • Proven experience embedded in high‑volume advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IC fabrication, advanced packaging, SMT and test processes.
  • Hands-on with quality tools, analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with experience managing Asia-based suppliers.
