Job Description

  • Lead and manage the regional presales team
  • Define presales strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Support sales in pursuing strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements
  • Design and present end-to-end infrastructure solutions
  • Drive solution positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams
  • Ensure proposals meet technical and commercial expectations
  • Oversee RFP, RFQ, and tender response processes
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership during customer engagements
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs
  • Develop best practices and presales processes
  • Mentor and develop high-performing presales talent

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Extensive experience in presales or solution engineering
  • Proven leadership experience managing senior teams
  • Strong background in enterprise or infrastructure solutions
  • Experience with data centre, power, or cooling solutions is a plus
  • Solid understanding of solution architecture and system integration
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage at executive and technical levels
