Job Description

  • Oversees the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Leading contract and claim management activities, applying structured methodologies to mitigate risk and protect business interests.
  • Responsible for tender preparation, reviewing commercial and technical terms, and identifying contractual risks and opportunities early.
  • Work closely with Legal Counsel and cross‑functional teams to draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts during sales and project execution phases.
  • Manage contractual obligations, including payments, variations, warranties, guarantees, and claims, from kick‑off to closure.
  • Monitor contract performance, verify compliance by all parties, and ensure timely execution of all commercial aspects.
  • Supports risk review meetings, contract baselining, and claim negotiations for ongoing projects.
  • Capture lessons learned, document deficiencies, and contribute to continuous improvement in future contracting practices.
  • Develops contract management capability across the business through training and professional guidance.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain contract systems and documentation, and uphold high standards of integrity and accountability.

The Successful Applicant

Strong Contract Management Expertise

  • Proven experience managing complex contracts, claims, and negotiations within EPC, energy, or industrial projects.
  • Hands‑on involvement across tendering, contract execution, change management, and project close‑out phases.
  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders, with clear, structured, and effective communication.



Legal Background

  • Degree in law or equivalent, with solid understanding of contractual, commercial, and risk management principles.
  • High Integrity and Results Orientation
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable professional who upholds compliance, integrity, and delivers practical solutions.
