Job Description

  • Lead and manage product development engineering teams responsible for new product introduction and innovation initiatives.
  • Define and execute product development roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Partner with commercial and strategic teams to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
  • Direct cross-functional collaboration across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware disciplines.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, schedules, and risk management activities.
  • Coordinate global engineering resources to ensure timely execution of development programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, technical capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support customer-specific product customization while maintaining overall system performance and quality standards.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • More than 10 years of engineering leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong track record in product development, program management, and engineering execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex technical programs.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Effective communicator capable of leading high-performance teams in a global environment.
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and drive results through collaboration.
