Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of 3-5 marketing professionals.
  • Define and execute franchise and brand strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Manage product lifecycle planning, including launches and LOE preparation.
  • Deliver commercial objectives through data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee brand planning, budget management, and campaign execution.
  • Partner with Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
  • Generate actionable insights from market, customer, and competitor data.
  • Present business recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • 8+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, ideally in oncology.
  • Proven success managing high-value brands and delivering business results.
  • People leadership experience with strong coaching and development skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organisation.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulations.
