This leadership role owns the end-to-end growth strategy of a leading consumer fintech product portfolio, driving user acquisition, activation, retention, cross-product engagement, and monetization. You will combine strategic decision-making, hands-on experimentation, and team leadership to deliver measurable business growth and build scalable growth capabilities across multiple products.
  • Lead growth strategy for products with 1M+ MAU and 10M+ downloads.
  • Own acquisition, retention, conversion, and team leadership at scale.

Its flagship platforms have achieved more than 10 million cumulative downloads and over 1 million monthly active users, serving investors across research, stock selection, and investment decision-making journeys.

Job Description

  • Develop portfolio-level growth strategies, prioritize opportunities, and allocate resources based on business objectives and product maturity.
  • Identify growth bottlenecks through data analysis, customer insights, and experimentation, while personally leading critical validation initiatives.
  • Drive the full customer lifecycle including acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, subscription, and renewal performance.
  • Translate market trends, investor behaviors, and customer needs into scalable growth and commercial opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and develop high-performing teams capable of delivering sustainable growth outcomes.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading growth, customer acquisition, or revenue expansion for B2C digital products with direct ownership of business results.
  • Strong capability in problem definition, hypothesis development, experiment design, measurement, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and investor behavior.
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention, conversion, and growth metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching teams, setting objectives, and driving execution across multiple functions.
