Job Description

  • Develop and execute market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies across the product lifecycle
  • Lead NHIA reimbursement submissions, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Drive healthcare policy initiatives and ecosystem-shaping projects to improve patient access
  • Identify market opportunities and access pathways for innovative diagnostic solutions
  • Develop and implement Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and pharmacoeconomic strategies
  • Generate and leverage evidence including clinical data, health economics, and real-world evidence to demonstrate value
  • Build access solutions for self-pay markets and areas beyond standard reimbursement coverage
  • Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, and global teams to align access priorities
  • Establish strong relationships with payers, key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Monitor reimbursement, policy, and healthcare market trends to support business growth and patient access objectives
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Public Policy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Master's degree or PhD is highly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, healthcare policy, or related functions within diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare industries
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan NHIA reimbursement processes and payer landscape
  • Experience in HTA, pharmacoeconomics, health policy, or evidence generation strategies
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical abilities
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and economic evidence into actionable business insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional and matrix organization
  • Strong English communication skills for regional and global collaboration
  • Demonstrated commitment to compliance and ethical business practices
