This role is responsible for developing and executing market access, reimbursement, and pricing strategies to maximize patient access and business value. The position works closely with commercial, medical, and external stakeholders to ensure successful access and launch outcomes.

Job Description

  • Develop market access, reimbursement, pricing, and HTA strategies for key products.
  • Drive pricing and access planning across product lifecycle management.
  • Support launch readiness by defining future access pathways for pipeline products.
  • Generate and leverage health economic, clinical, and real-world evidence to support value propositions.
  • Prepare reimbursement dossiers and lead submissions to relevant healthcare authorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on reimbursement strategy and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify access barriers and develop solutions to improve patient access.
  • Support policy-shaping initiatives and engagement with key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Lead reimbursement negotiations and contracting discussions.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align access and pricing strategies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Economics, Public Policy, Nursing, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, health economics, or related healthcare functions.
  • Understanding of Taiwan healthcare reimbursement systems and key stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting reimbursement submissions and access strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and economic evidence into business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong compliance mindset and high ethical standards.
