This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the global manufacturing quality strategy across the entire product lifecycle, from new product introduction through end-of-life, while ensuring excellence in manufacturing, supplier quality, and compliance.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute global manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and compliance strategies across worldwide manufacturing operations.
  • Lead and build a high-performing global quality organisation, including governance, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Drive supplier quality management, manufacturing excellence, yield improvement, process capability enhancement, and reliability performance.
  • Act as the executive quality leader for strategic customers, leading customer reviews, complaint resolution, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Champion operational excellence through digital transformation, data-driven quality management, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and proactive risk management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • More than 15 years of experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, operations, or quality management within server, electronics, ODM/EMS, or data centre industries.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience managing large-scale global quality organisations and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in quality systems, NPI, supplier quality management, RCA, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and quality governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting AI servers, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale customers, with excellent English communication skills and executive presence.
