Job Description

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies, including long-term capacity planning to support future business growth.
  • Drive rapid resolution of production, quality, and safety issues while supporting customer audits and investigations.
  • Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing performance.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience managing production or plant operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, cost management, and driving manufacturing performance improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and people leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.
