Job Description

- Partner with site leadership to implement and sustain Lean transformation programs.

- Facilitate cultural and behavioral change by promoting continuous improvement mindsets across the organization.

- Coach leaders and employees on Lean methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and best practices.

- Lead or support improvement workshops, value stream optimization projects, and operational excellence initiatives.

- Evaluate improvement opportunities and identify areas for productivity, inventory, and cost optimization.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a comparable industrial environment.

- Strong passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Experience implementing Lean principles and driving transformation projects; coaching experience is highly valued.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
