With a strong international footprint across East and Southeast Asia, the organization is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an HR leader who can help build scalable people practices while supporting an agile, mission-driven culture.



Job Description

  • Lead and develop the HR team, empowering members while driving alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and refine HR systems, policies, and processes to support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize compensation and benefits programs, including new HR technologies and reward frameworks.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate and enhance sales incentive schemes and performance-related programs.
  • Develop talent retention, employee engagement, and hybrid workplace initiatives to strengthen collaboration and culture.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven HR leadership with direct people management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in compensation and benefits, HR policy design, organizational development, and HR transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing HR systems, tools, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and balance employee and business needs.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
