Job Description

  • Define the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and platform architecture in alignment with business priorities.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value AI initiatives.
  • Transform isolated AI solutions into reusable products, services, and platform capabilities.
  • Develop an AI technology stack that complements existing enterprise systems and digital infrastructure.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing AI organization, including technical leaders, data professionals, and AI engineers.
  • Foster an AI-native culture and promote product-oriented ways of working across the organization.
  • Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and best practices for AI development and deployment.
  • Present progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior executives on a regular basis.

The Successful Applicant
