Job Description

  • Manage and optimize VMware vSphere environments (vCenter, ESXi, HA, DRS)
  • Own enterprise backup operations using Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Administer SAN/NAS storage platforms including Dell and NetApp solutions
  • Design and maintain ransomware-resistant backup architectures
  • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
  • Drive hybrid cloud storage and archive initiatives
  • Monitor capacity, performance, and infrastructure health across global sites
  • Collaborate with international IT teams and technology vendors

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, backup, or storage administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with VMware vSphere
  • Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Familiarity with enterprise storage environments (SAN/NAS)
  • Linux administration experience preferred
  • Comfortable communicating in English within a global environment
  • Manufacturing or multinational experience is advantageous
