Job Description

  • Own product roadmap planning and prioritization by synthesizing feedback from customers, leadership, engineering, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements and customer needs into clear product specifications, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics including activation, adoption, engagement, retention, and customer value realization.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to develop quality standards and evaluation frameworks for AI and LLM-powered features.
  • Lead customer interviews, product discovery sessions, and usability research to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
  • Drive product decisions related to workflow automation, approval processes, trust mechanisms, and auditability within regulated environments.
  • Establish documentation and decision-making processes that ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and support product expansion into overseas markets.
  • Work closely with founders and leadership to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic product initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7 years of Product Management experience within B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience operating as the first PM or sole PM within a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to balance competing stakeholder needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using SQL, product analytics tools, and growth metrics to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a track record of producing high-quality PRDs and product documentation.
  • Hands-on experience building or launching AI, Generative AI, or LLM-powered products.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting global product launches or serving international customer bases is a plus.
