Job Description

As an early engineering hire, you will play a key role in building a robust platform that connects cross-functional teams and simplifies complex workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing end-to-end platform features, including frontend interfaces and backend systems
  • Rapidly shipping high-impact features while maintaining code quality
  • Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to prioritise and deliver meaningful solutions
  • Influencing technical architecture and strategy for scalability and security
  • Integrating AI-driven capabilities to enhance decision-making and workflow clarity

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, including time in startups and large tech environments
  • Strong full-stack development skills using React, Node.js, AWS, and Next.js
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with asynchronous collaboration
  • A passion for AI and its potential to transform product development
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with generative AI, data-intensive platforms, and secure data environments.
