Job Description

  • Drive business performance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to support growth and profitability initiatives
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
  • Analyze revenue, margins, costs, and operational KPIs to identify business opportunities and risks
  • Support working capital management and business improvement projects
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance performance and operational efficiency



The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Finance experience
  • Strong business partnering capability with exposure to Sales or Operations teams
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
