Job Description

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Order Fulfilment Systems (OFS), and automated sortation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation-related equipment issues within target service levels.
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain machinery and automation equipment to meet safety and operational standards.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with service managers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Complete maintenance reports, service documentation, and incident records accurately and on time.
  • Support customers across Northern Taiwan, primarily within Keelung, Taipei, and Taoyuan.
  • Participate in standby/on-call duties and respond to urgent maintenance requirements when required.
  • Promote and maintain a strong workplace safety culture and comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhanced equipment performance and reliability.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation, control engineering, field service, machinery maintenance, conveyors, or material handling equipment.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of PLC systems; experience with Siemens S7 and SCADA WinCC would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Basic English communication skills, including reading manuals and writing emails.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Northern Taiwan and support flexible working arrangements, including standby duties.
