Job Description

  • Collaborate with customers to design and propose application-specific solutions
  • Review technical requirements, drawings, and ensure production feasibility
  • Manage custom part numbers and engineering change requests (ECRs)
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and sales teams
  • Support quoting process through cost sheet generation and technical input

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical or inside sales
  • Strong engineering background
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with customized products is a plus
  • Familiarity with connector-related industries is preferred
