This role leads the end-to-end supplier and contract manufacturer quality function across Asia, with a strong operational focus in Taiwan. You will drive strategic quality initiatives, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing team to support both new product introductions and ongoing production excellence.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute supplier and contract manufacturer quality strategies aligned with business goals and global standards.
  • Lead supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement programmes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure robust quality planning and execution during new product introduction phases.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and risk mitigation strategies for supplier-related issues.
  • Build and lead a regional quality team while influencing senior stakeholders and sourcing decisions.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with extensive quality leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record managing supplier quality across Taiwan and broader Asia supply chains.
  • Strong expertise in quality systems, audits, and structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D or DMAIC.
  • Experience supporting NPI processes including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to influence globally.
