Job Description

  • Lead a customer solutions team responsible for technical engagement, solution development, programme execution, and customer success within the semiconductor sector.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, yield enhancement, metrology, and executive leadership functions.
  • Design and execute customer solution strategies aligned with semiconductor technology roadmaps and manufacturing priorities.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytical, characterisation, metrology, and process control solutions throughout customer evaluation, qualification, and production deployment stages.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, service, R&D, and applications teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Manage strategic customer programmes, ensuring milestones, deliverables, business objectives, and adoption targets are achieved.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to influence product development, application strategy, and business planning.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer-facing programme managers and technical specialists.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging semiconductor technologies to identify business opportunities and strategic initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • More than 10 years of semiconductor industry experience with strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology trends.
  • Proven experience working directly with major semiconductor customers in technical, applications, programme management, business development, or customer-facing leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor characterisation, metrology, failure analysis, process control, or related analytical workflows.
  • Familiarity with advanced microscopy, imaging, analytical instrumentation, or semiconductor process analysis technologies.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical teams and cross-functional programmes within complex organisational environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication abilities.
  • Comfortable with domestic and international business travel.
