Job Description

  • Act as the senior point of contact for strategic customers across Asia, managing executive-level relationships and resolving complex service escalations.
  • Lead regional customer service and spares teams across multiple countries, fostering operational excellence and high-performance culture.
  • Direct demand forecasting activities by consolidating customer requirements and aligning material expectations with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with planning and supply chain teams to address material constraints, expedite critical deliveries, and improve service responsiveness.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive leadership experience within the semiconductor equipment, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech sectors.
  • Proven success managing multicultural teams across Asia-Pacific markets.
  • Strong expertise in customer relationship management, executive communication, and escalation resolution.
