Job Description

  • Define and execute the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Lead engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and technology operations functions.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across platforms, products, and customer experiences.
  • Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with commercial objectives.
  • Establish best practices in software development, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Lead organizational development, succession planning, and leadership capability building within technology teams.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee technology governance, risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Drive platform modernization, automation, and operational efficiency programs.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and technology capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage technology budgets and strategic vendor partnerships.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and long-term business sustainability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team on all technology-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, such as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or equivalent.
  • Strong track record leading large-scale technology organizations.
  • Experience within e-commerce, digital platforms, consumer technology, internet, fintech, or related sectors is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, architecture, data, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing, cross-functional technology teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex technology environments and enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging technology trends.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degree preferred but not essential.
