Set market targets, define strategic priorities, determine key investments, source potential partnerships, and lead initiatives that expand market presence and market share.Scale and develop Taiwan sales team by overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and defining hiring plans across functions to support business expansion.Own market-level sales performance and partner closely with marketing and growth teams to design customer acquisition and retention strategies. This includes campaign development, cluster analysis, retention improvement, and marketing spend optimization.Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient processes, smooth workflows, rapid issue resolution, and top-tier customer service-delivering an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience.Build and enhance the operational and commercial infrastructure needed to support long-term, scalable growth in Taiwan.Work closely with product, operations, and technology teams at HQ to translate local market needs into actionable plans and ensure consistent support for Taiwan operations.The Successful ApplicantProven experience in a managerial role-ideally in a fast-growing startup, management consulting, or finance.
