Job Description

  • Lead and develop a team of programme/project managers, fostering organisational growth and execution excellence.
  • Drive end-to-end product development programmes from concept, development, validation, and launch through mass production.
  • Partner with engineering, product management, operations, quality, sourcing, and commercial teams to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Establish programme priorities, schedules, resource plans, risk management strategies, and execution frameworks.
  • Manage multiple product development programmes simultaneously while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate executive-level reviews and provide clear communication on programme progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure milestone achievement and product launch success.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to programme management processes and organisational effectiveness.
  • Support strategic planning and long-term portfolio execution across multiple product categories

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of programme or project management experience within consumer electronics, with 15+ years highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading programme management teams and mentoring programme managers.
  • Strong track record managing complex hardware product development programmes from concept through production.
  • Experience working within global consumer technology or branded product companies is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced product development environment.
  • Strong business acumen, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills preferred.
