負責公司自有食品（如咖啡豆、烘焙甜點、冷凍食品等）之 B2B通路開發與客戶管理。此角色將整合內部產品與生產資源，主導企業客戶合作洽談，建立穩定且具成長潛力的通路夥伴關係，推動公司產品於多元場域銷售。

此職位將負責推廣企業 AI 數位轉型，結合業務開發與顧問角色，協助客戶導入 AI Agent 協作引擎。你將與創辦人密切合作，參與策略制定、市場拓展與跨產業應用，成為企業轉型的關鍵推動者。

本職位負責拓展品牌廣告合作，特別聚焦於 民生消費品、健康產品、保健食品、美容保養等產業 的品牌端客戶，協助品牌於健康平台進行整合行銷與廣告投放，提升曝光與轉換成效。

• 開發並維繫 B2B 客戶關係，包含建案開發商、健身房、長照中心、設計公司與營造廠等
• 針對客戶裝修或新設計需求，提供家電產品與解決方案整合建議
• 與設計師、建築師、工程方協調家電安裝、配置與品牌規劃

商務開發經理將負責開拓新市場與客戶，制定市場策略以推動業務成長與新客戶成交，並管理商機流程與銷售漏斗，透過策略規劃驅動營收目標達成。

• 作為訓練經理，您將主導集團層級的訓練與發展策略，強化人才養成機制，支持公司在製造升級、國際化與技術轉型過程中的人才競爭力。
