An international manufacturing business is seeking a Director of Operations - Asia to lead its Taiwan-based operations and regional supply chain strategy. This role combines operational leadership, supplier development, organisational transformation, and team-building responsibilities to support significant business growth across Asia.

This Taiwan-based New Product Introduction Manufacturing Engineer role is responsible for launching and scaling vehicle, drive unit manufacturing at contract manufacturing partners. The position combines NPI, manufacturing engineering, quality, process validation, and supplier management while collaborating closely with global engineering and program teams.

This role leads the end-to-end supplier and contract manufacturer quality function across Asia, with a strong operational focus in Taiwan. You will drive strategic quality initiatives, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing team to support both new product introductions and ongoing production excellence.

• 負責台灣委外製造廠的庫存準確度與日常管控，確保原物料收貨、生產領用、完工入庫、報廢及重工等異動，皆能及時且正確地反映於 ERP 與倉儲系統。
• 此職位將深入製造現場，協調代工廠、供應鏈、採購、計畫及財務團隊，透過庫存盤點、差異分析與流程改善，建立可靠且可追溯的庫存管理機制。

• 此職位將負責台灣端完整的進出口物流作業，串聯國際貨代、報關行、供應商及第三方物流夥伴，管理空運、海運與國際快遞等不同運輸模式。
• 除了日常出貨執行，也將參與建立物流SOP、承運商管理、關務合規及鋰電池運輸流程，協助公司將新一代軟體定義的電動移動產品推向全球市場。
