This role owns end-to-end platform stability and infrastructure operations for a high-traffic digital business, ensuring 24/7 service availability and scalability. You will act as the key technology leader bridging engineering capabilities and business priorities, supporting rapid growth and global expansion.

This role serves as the single IT owner in Taiwan, responsible for ensuring stable IT operations across office and retail environments while working closely with regional and global IT teams. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role in a lean organization, ideal for candidates who enjoy ownership and practical problem-solving in a multinational environment.

This role leads and supports field service operations for complex automation and material handling systems across Northern Taiwan. You will manage engineers, customer escalations, service performance, and operational execution while working closely with project and regional teams.

This role leads a 24/7 data center operations environment, managing technical teams, operational KPIs, and mission-critical incident handling across multiple sites. The ideal candidate is a hands-on infrastructure operations leader who can balance technical execution, operational rigor, and team leadership within a fast-paced global cloud environment.

This role focuses on owning and optimizing an existing T100 ERP system across multiple regions.

You will gradually take over group IT responsibilities while driving process standardization and system improvements.

This role oversees all core enterprise systems across a large retail & F&B network, ensuring operational excellence, system stability, and continuous digital innovation. You will lead a strong internal IT team, manage vendors, and deliver mission-critical technology initiatives that directly impact business growth.
