• This role provides comprehensive legal support across commercial, corporate, compliance, and strategic matters for a multinational industrial company in Taiwan. It partners closely with business leaders, offering guidance on contracts, governance, regulatory updates, litigation, IP, and ethics.

This role leads the quality function for the Power & System business unit, driving new quality technologies, TQM enhancement, and continuous customer satisfaction improvement. It also oversees team management and partners closely with R&D on DQE and engineering quality, which accounts for around 50% of the role.

This role drives major quality improvement initiatives across NPI til sustaining while mentoring teams and shaping the overall quality roadmap. It requires deep expertise in quality systems, strong cross‑sector leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders at strategic levels.
