The position combines NPI, manufacturing engineering, quality, process validation, and supplier management while collaborating closely with global engineering and program teams.

This role leads the end-to-end supplier and contract manufacturer quality function across Asia, with a strong operational focus in Taiwan. You will drive strategic quality initiatives, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing team to support both new product introductions and ongoing production excellence.

• 負責台灣委外製造廠的庫存準確度與日常管控，確保原物料收貨、生產領用、完工入庫、報廢及重工等異動，皆能及時且正確地反映於 ERP 與倉儲系統。
• 此職位將深入製造現場，協調代工廠、供應鏈、採購、計畫及財務團隊，透過庫存盤點、差異分析與流程改善，建立可靠且可追溯的庫存管理機制。

• 此職位將負責台灣端完整的進出口物流作業，串聯國際貨代、報關行、供應商及第三方物流夥伴，管理空運、海運與國際快遞等不同運輸模式。
• 除了日常出貨執行，也將參與建立物流SOP、承運商管理、關務合規及鋰電池運輸流程，協助公司將新一代軟體定義的電動移動產品推向全球市場。
