本職位負責AI Server與GPU Server平台的整體系統架構設計，涵蓋compute、network、power與cooling整合。你將與國際CSP/Hyperscaler客戶合作，打造高功耗、高密度AI基礎設施解決方案並推動新技術落地。

Job Description

  • 負責AI Server/GPU Server與AI Rack/Cluster整體架構規劃與設計，整合compute、network、power與cooling系統
  • 規劃高功耗伺服器的thermal與power architecture，包含liquid cooling、PSU/BBU與高密度供電設計
  • 與CSP與Hyperscaler客戶進行技術討論、需求分析並提供客製化解決方案
  • 評估並導入新世代AI Infrastructure技術，例如CXL、UEC、Optical Interconnect與rack-scale架構
  • 跨團隊整合硬體與軟體設計，並主導系統問題分析與架構優化

The Successful Applicant

  • 具8年以上Server或HPC系統開發經驗，熟悉AI或GPU Server架構
  • 熟悉伺服器與機櫃系統整合，包含硬體、電力、散熱與機構設計
  • 熟悉PCIe Gen4/5/6、NVLink/NVSwitch或高速網路（InfiniBand、400G/800G等）
  • 具備liquid cooling或rack power architecture相關經驗尤佳
  • 具跨團隊技術領導能力，能與國際客戶進行流利英文溝通
