Job Description

  • Define and implement a Product Framework for semiconductor packaging solutions.
  • Lead project initiation: requirement gathering, charter creation, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource alignment.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams to ensure smooth development and launch.
  • Drive cross‑functional project teams through all development phases with clear timelines and resource management.
  • Engage customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to gather insights and ensure compliance.
  • Establish KPIs for performance, profitability, and market penetration; leverage data for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management tools and processes specific to semiconductor packaging.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitive advancements.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging, product management.
  • Strong grasp of packaging materials, processes, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ownership and execution focus with strong project management capabilities.
  • Skilled in data analysis, market research, and cross‑functional communication.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong logic, problem‑solving skills, and business acumen.
