Our client is a global technology company specializing in high-performance motion control solutions, widely applied in semiconductor equipment and advanced automation industries. With strong R&D capabilities and international exposure, they are expanding their presence in the APAC region, positioning Taiwan as a key technical support hub.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to customers and distributors across APAC
  • Conduct product training and enhance technical capabilities of partners
  • Perform system setup, servo tuning, and motion optimization on-site
  • Deliver product demonstrations and support pre-sales technical discussions
  • Troubleshoot system issues and drive root cause analysis
  • Develop and implement customized motion solutions based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in motion control, automation, or semiconductor equipment industries
  • Hands-on experience with servo systems, motion tuning, or system integration
  • Solid understanding of control systems, motors, and drives
  • Programming skills (Python / C / C++) for system integration or customization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
  • Open to regional travel (~30-35% across APAC)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
