Medical Advisor - Oncology & CNS

This Medical Advisor will provide scientific and medical leadership across Oncology and CNS portfolios, engaging key opinion leaders and supporting strategic medical initiatives. The role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive evidence generation, launch readiness, patient support programs, and medical excellence.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute medical strategies aligned with business and medical objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide scientific support for medical education activities, advisory boards, and congresses.
  • Support investigator-sponsored studies and company-sponsored clinical research programs.
  • Generate and communicate medical insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, market access, and clinical teams.
  • Lead patient support program initiatives and optimize patient treatment pathways.
  • Support launch readiness and lifecycle management activities for strategic products.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, SOPs, GCP, and industry standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related disciplines (MD, PharmD, PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of Medical Affairs, Medical Advisor, or MSL experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in Oncology, Neuroscience, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Care is highly preferred.
  • Strong scientific communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience interacting with KOLs and managing external stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to clinical research, evidence generation, and product launch activities.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
